HOW TO PLAY: To send in your "wake up" snapshot along with your Entry Information and On Air Release for a chance to be selected as our daily trivia caller, click the button below to enter online or legibly handwrite on a postcard (no larger than 5 x 7) your first and last name, date of birth, complete home address and daytime telephone number where you can be reached between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:30 am Eastern Time Monday through Friday from January 5, 2010 through March 5, 2010, ; complete and sign an On Air Release; select your "wake up" themed snapshot (not to exceed 5" x 7"); and mail together in an envelope (no larger than 6" x 8"). Internet Entries must be received by 11:59pm PT on February 12, 2010 and Mail-in Entries must be received by 12 noon PT on February 16, 2010.

After submitting your Internet Entry, download and print this On Air Release; then complete, sign and scan the On Air Release and email it to Live@enteractivesolutions.com or you have the option to upload your signed and scanned On Air Release form once you've successfully submitted your photo and required information on our Thank You page. Your first name, last name and the email address you used in your Internet Entry must be inserted into the email subject line. Once we have your On Air Release, we will keep it for subsequent Internet Entries, so please email just one! Entrants who submit an Internet Entry and who neglect to upload or email his/her completed and signed On Air Release to the Sweepstakes administrator will not become a selected entrant and will not be eligible to be entered in or play the trivia game.

Each day, one contestant will be randomly selected for a chance to play "LIVE's Winter Wake Up Trivia A Go Go" on LIVE. If provided, the contestant's photo may be featured on Live when he/she receives a phone call from Regis & Kelly. The hosts will spin a prize wheel which will determine the prize(s) that will be won if the caller correctly answers that day's trivia question about a previous show's broadcast.
